Hello everyone out there reading this!!!! It's been awhile since my last posting but I promise to be blogging more! I wanted to give you all a heads up and let you know, that in the past 4-6 months it is getting busier and busier out there. I'm putting in offers on houses for clients and they're anywhere from 12-20 something other offers being put up for that same house. Prices are starting to go up a little and we're definitely feeling that it's going to keep rising. Usually things slow down this time of year because of Holidays, but it's not.
